  • Client coaching records: 7 years from the end of the coaching engagement (in accordance with Uganda's professional service standards and tax requirements)
  • Website enquiry data: 2 years from the date of enquiry
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Financial records: 7 years (required by Ugandan tax law)

After the applicable retention period, we securely delete or anonymise your personal information.
